Midweek Mindfulness

Mindfulness is non-judgmental awareness of whatever arises in the present moment.  With gentle and consistent practice training in mindfulness meditation can lead to greater ease, insight, acceptance and compassion.

This is a DROP IN group, no registration required and it meets weekly 12:00 - 1:30 pm
