Grievance Policy

Ann’s Place works hard to make our programs fit the needs of each client within the area of how cancer has affected their well-being. However, there are times when our services do not fit the needs of a client and we will provide referrals to other resources in the community. Examples of things Ann’s Place would refer out to other agencies would include: marital counseling unrelated to the cancer, distress over political/environmental issues, or serious mental illness.

If you feel that you have been denied services unfairly, please speak to the Director of Clinical Services so we can better understand your needs. If they cannot solve the dispute, you may reach out to the President and CEO. Staff names and contact information are on our staff page.
