2023 On the Green for Ann’s Place
at Richter Park

Join us for a fun day of golf at the beautiful Richter Park Golf Course!

The On the Green Golf Committee invites both men and women to join in this delightful outing followed by an optional dinner and awards ceremony. Funds raised will go directly to support Ann’s Place programming.

Outing begins at 9:00am. Check in, breakfast and driving range open to players at 7:30.

Registration is $195 per player. Donations in excess of $125 per player are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Thank you for a great Drink Pink 2019, everybody!

Please join us on October 3, 2019 from 6-8:30pm at the Lounsbury House in Ridgefield, CT for a heartwarming and fun evening.  In the midst of a powerful photographic exhibit “Courageous Faces”, portraits of Breast Cancer survivors courtesy of Kristen Jensen, attendees will enjoy a special Pink Drink, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and delicious appetizers.  This event is hosted by Christine O'Leary and all proceeds will benefit Ann's Place, a local nonprofit organization that provides comfort, support and resources to people living with cancer and to their loved ones all free of charge. Special thanks to Adam Broderick for the hair styling and makeup for our courageous models before their photo shoots.

UCONN and Ann’s Place Fans Come Together!

Ann’s Place is honored to announce we will be holding a UCONN themed breakfast fundraiser featuring Danbury native, and SNY announcer, Eric Frede, and UCONN alum Meghan Culmo. The May 14th breakfast will be held at The Amber Room Colonnade in Danbury and monies raised will directly support the free cancer support services Ann’s Place provides the local community.

Eric Frede SNY’s play-by-play announcer for the 11-time national champion UConn women's basketball program. A two-time New England Emmy Award-winner and recipient of the Edward R. Murrow Award for sports reporting, he has over 25 years of experience broadcasting collegiate and professional sports.  Through the years he's provided play by play for women's and men’s college basketball - including ESPN’s coverage of the NCAA women’s tournament the last two years - plus games in the ACC, Big East, SEC, Big Ten, Pac12 and more.  He provided play by play for Turner's “Teamcast” coverage of the UConn men’s semifinal win in Dallas at the 2014 Final Four.  He also calls football, baseball, softball, hockey, soccer and lacrosse for a variety of conferences and networks.

Also joining us is UConn alum Meghan Culmo.  Meghan has been a color analyst on radio and television for nearly two decades. She has appeared on Connecticut Public Television, ESPN, MSG and Lifetime Television, among others. While at CPTV she hosted "The Geno Auriemma Show” for nearly 15 years.  Meg's playing career featured several historic milestones, including UConn’s first-ever BIG EAST Regular Season and Tournament Championships. She was a 1,000-point scorer and All-BIG EAST performer -- as well as captain her senior year. Meg earned Most Outstanding Player at the 1991 BIG EAST Championship as the Huskies claimed the title. Her resume also includes being a member of the coaching staff that helped guide the Huskies to their very first NCAA Championship.
