Parent & Child Art Class and Potluck
Learn together how to use the creative process for self-expression, exploration and relaxation. No art experience necessary; materials provided. This class will be facilitated in English and Spanish.
Celebrate your artistic success at the end of the class with a Potluck Meal! Everyone is asked to bring a healthy dish, hot or cold, for up to 12 people (no red meat, please).
NOTES:
Minimum age for children to participate in this class is 5 years of age.

Sweet, Savory and Sour Summer Delights (CANCELED)
There are many mid-summer delights like blackberries and peach cobbler that are awaited with watering appetites. However, other delicious albeit different flavors are also about. Experience Shrubs, an old-fashioned vinegar based drink that comes in many different flavors. Also discover artisanal vinegar's and the 'mothers' that are used to create them. Bring a jar if you want to bring a mother home to try your hand at making a unique and tasty creation.

If you or a family member are in active treatment for cancer or are severely ill,please feel free to sign up for consecutive Reiki sessions.
If you are further out of your treatment, please limit sign-ups for Reiki to 1 time per month to increase availability for those in active treatment.
