In Julie’s book discussion and meditation practice she will cover the science of a positive mindset, how the brain can change and how our mindset affects the way the brain works. When undertaken with intention and clarity, positive imagery can stimulate multiplebrain centers that can reinforce nerve pathways that can help the body function better. It also offers a way to manage the emotional tides of living with a cancer diagnosis. The program will consist of a short talk, Q&A and a meditation practice (done in a chair.)
