What is the Finding Meaning Cancer Support Group?
Finding Meaning is a structured 8-session support group. It follows an evidence-based program developed at Memorial Sloan Kettering that has been shown to improve emotional well-being among participants with cancer.
Who is this group for?
Adults diagnosed with any type of cancer - particularly those struggling to find a sense of meaning or purpose in their lives.
What will we do?
Look for meaning in our past, present, future, and everyday lives through brief homework assignments, group discussion, and an optional legacy project.
