An educational & support group for those experiencing head and neck cancers.

Monthly Support Groups require registration for first time members. Please call 203-798-6568 ext. 109 to speak with a clinical staff member or email clientservices@annsplace.org to register. Call-in and login information will be emailed to all registered participants.
