Gentle Yoga
In this class you will move your body gently into different poses that will build your strength and flexibility, while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. This is a beginner's level class.

Tuesday Evening Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This Vinyasa Flow class will emphasize movement. You will work through a sequence of postures, utilizing your breath to assist you moving through one pose to the next without pause. Through this practice you will increase strength and flexibility.
